For 1st time packages, full payment is required upon signing. After 1 package term is completed, I allow a “pay as you go” structure for repeating clients. All packages require a standard independent contractors agreement.

I like to use this analogy: You’re the pilot of the plane, so ultimately, if you achieve your goals or not will depend on your own decisions, BUT you’ve hired me as the navigator, and I’m going to do everything in my power to give you the best guidance to reach your destination. I’m there for my clients 24/7 and talk consistently with them throughout each week (outside our 2 or 3 sessions) to make sure they’re on the right path. Making fitness a lifestyle choice takes immense dedication, but I’m confident I can help you find the right exercises and routines to make it a bit easier.
